Lyndi makes it her life’s work to help people understand the psychology behind binge eating and subsequent eating disorders. She aims to stamp out diet culture and sheds light on just how detrimental this diet culture can be. She aims to reduce the rules we associate with food and bring it back to basics, eat whole foods majority of the time and move your body in ways that you enjoy. She truly is preaching sustainability and helping people understand the true meaning of nourishing your body from the inside out. Lyndi focuses less on your physical appearance and more on your relationship with food, an area which I believe is so important
